Pet HQ keeps a selection of pure and designer breed puppies, with new animals arriving on a weekly basis. Upon passing a friday vet check, where new puppies are health checked, vaccinated and microchipped, our puppies will usually go up for sale on a Saturday morning. Alternatively, if you are looking for a specific breed of puppy you can come in and see our staff to put your name down in our alerts folder - which we go through when new puppies arrive and call the listed people to let them know that their ideal breed has arrived in store.

A recreational wildlife permit is required for the purchase of any reptile in our store, see our guide on how to apply for a reptile licence here.

We keep a selection of juvenile reptiles including Bearded Dragons, Blue Tongue Lizards, Childrens, Spotted, Blonde Spotted and Stimson's Pythons, Murray River Turtles and occasionally something special like Geckos or Yearling Pythons. We also stock enclosures, accessories and food.

Pet HQ keeps a selection of both hand raised and aviary birds, as well as cages and accessories. If you're thinking of buying a bird, come on in and talk to some of our knowledgeable staff and see what we have available. We often have hand raised Cockatiels, Lorikeets and Conures available and can also source Quakers, Indian Ringnecks, Alexandrines, Amazons, African Greys and Macaws, among others. Occasionally we also get hand raised budgies and peach faces in store.
